Setting up Your Admin Account
Setting up your admin account ensures a customized, on-brand experience for users. Follow the steps below to configure your instance and get your team set up efficiently.
Accessing your account
During the onboarding process, you will receive invitations to both staging and production admin accounts. Follow these steps to create and access your account:
- Accept the admin invite: Open the email invitation and click the link to accept and access your account.
- Log in: Use the provided link to log into the Chimney Home Admin platform and complete the setup process.
Note that staging and production environments have separate logins and URLs. Be sure to primarily use production for final configurations and ongoing adjustments.
Inviting your team
To grant access to other team members, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Settings page and to to the Team tab
- Click on Invite: Once logged into the Chimney Home Admin platform, locate the Invite button.
- Add team members: Enter the email addresses of the team members you want to invite. They will receive an email invite for seamless access to the platform.
Configuring your brand settings
Customizing your Chimney Home account with your institution’s branding ensures a cohesive user experience that aligns with your company’s style and compliance requirements. Here’s how to configure your brand settings:
Step 1: Navigate to your settings page and go to the Company tab
Step 2: Set your company information
- Company name: Enter your company name as it should appear to account holders
- Upload your brand logo: Upload your institution’s logo to ensure the platform reflects your brand identity.
- Select your primary brand colors: Set your primary brand color to match your company’s color scheme and provide an on brand experience.
